BCSE President Lisa Jacobson joined a panel on Saturday, November 16 at the Buildings and Cooling Pavilion hosted by BCSE Member Trane Technologies. Joined by Scott Tew, Vice President, Sustainability & Managing Director, Center for Energy Efficiency & Sustainability, Trane Technologies and Ryan Colker, Vice President, Innovation, International Code Council, Lisa discussed using technology, building codes, and incentives to decarbonize the built environment.
The panel explored the latest advancements in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technology that contribute to achieving net-zero energy buildings. The panelists also covered innovations in energy-efficient systems, smart controls, and integration with renewable energy sources.
