BCSE member AspenTech led an executive dialogue on “The Power of Digitalization in Decarbonization” at the off-site Climate Action Innovation Zone. The event kicked off with an insightful conversation between Rasha Hasaneen, AspenTech Chief Product and Sustainability Officer and Lord Adair Turner, Chairman, Energy Transitions Commission about the emerging challenges and progress on the energy transition.

Leaders from IBM, Microsoft and Wood then joined Rasha for a panel discussion to highlight their challenges and successes, even in hard-to-abate sectors. AspenTech CEO Antonio Pietri summed up the event saying, “When it comes to navigating a successful energy transition, partnerships and collaborations are crucial. To go fast, we must go together.”
