Energy Savings Performance Contracts: Win-Win Tools for Business and Government
The BCSE posted a guest blog piece on the Digitial Energy Solutions Campaign (DESC) website touting the benefits of energy saving performance contracts (ESPCs), a vital policy tool that can help business and the federal government to partner to reduce energy costs. DESC, a BCSE member, brings together information and communications technology (ICT) companies and associations, non-governmental organizations, customers and other stakeholders who recognize the enabling role that ICT plays in improving our environment and driving long-term economic growth.
