Ahead of tomorrow’s House Ways and Means Committee Select Revenue Measures Subcommittee hearing on Certain Expiring Tax Revisions, the BCSE is again reminding members of Congress of the absolute importance of not raising taxes on clean energy businesses working to deploy innovative technologies, hire American workers, and build the foundation for an advanced energy economy. Continuity and predictability in the tax code is crucial for all businesses and the array of clean energy programs outlined in the Council’s Statement for the Record for tomorrow’s hearing have been incredibly successful in helping the private sector attract investment, drive down costs, and build industries from the ground up.
