Clean Energy Business Leaders Head to Rio
Focus on Partnerships & the Role of Business in Sustainable Energy Deployment
In advance of the conference, BCSE President Lisa Jacobson commented, “Sustainable energy will be front and center in the discussions taking place in Rio this month. As tens of thousands of governments, civil society and industry leaders prepare to converge for the 20th anniversary of the first Earth Summit, it is critical to look at the advancements made in clean energy development and deployment over the past two decades and the crucial role the private sector will play in realizing the Rio+20 objective of ‘sustainable energy for all.'"

The BCSE delegation will bring to Rio both business expertise and the technology solutions needed to meet development challenges.
