BCSE Releases Winter 2012 Quarterly Connection Newsletter

The BCSE released the third volume of its Quarterly Connection Newsletter on Friday, January 27, 2012. Highlights include BCSE President Lisa Jacobson's reflections on the coalition's 20 year anniversary, a preview of the Council's role as a sponsor of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Winter Meetings in Washington, DC February 5 to 8, and summaries of recent BCSE work before the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
