BCSE In Action
BCSE-Alliance to Save Energy Seminar on the Clean Air Act
On Wednesday, December 15, Alliance to Save Energy associates and BCSE members came together to learn about and engage in a strategic discussion of the Clean Air Act. Through a series of presentations, a panel of experts helped provide the gathered business leaders with a basic knowledge and working familiarity of the Act, its history, and its framework. These experts also helped distill the key issues relevant to Alliance associates and BCSE members and helped kick start a strategic discussion of how upcoming Clean Air Act regulations will impact the clean energy and energy efficiency industries and how Alliance and BCSE businesses can help regulated industries, EPA, and the states achieve their Clean Air Act obligations. The event was moderated by Alliance President Kateri Callahan and BCSE President Lisa Jacobson and hosted by McKenna Long & Aldridge.
Presentations and materials from the seminar are available below, as are a collection of resources on the Clean Air Act and recent statements from the BCSE related to EPA. Please note that these are meant as educational materials and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Alliance, the BCSE, or their members.
