Energy Efficiency Financing: The Current Landscape and Where We Need to Go

12:00 to 1:30 pm, September 8, 2010

Full webinar presentation

"Energy Efficiency Financing: The Current Landscape and Where We Need to Go," a webinar co-hosted by the Business Council for Sustainable Energy and the Alliance to Save Energy, brought together leading energy efficiency policy experts to discuss and asses the current state of financing policy and possible opportunities for forging progress in 2010.  As stimulus funds run out, fiscal budgets continue to be tight, and no new revenue comes forward from a federal cap-and-trade program, all agree that enhancing financing options will be critical to drive investments in energy efficiency.  The webinar focused on PACE, revolving loan funds, on-bill-financing, and other mechanisms and included a moderated question and answer segment.
